A Perkins man has been freed on $5,000 bond on a charge accusing him of failing to provide necessary medical attention, shots, food and water for the well-being of two dogs, one of which was described in an affidavit as emaciated.

Teen Jailed On $32,000 Bail

A teenager, who was arrested after Stillwater police were sent to a party where marijuana was reportedly being smoked in front of juveniles and Xanax was all over the floor, has been jailed on $32,000 total bail on four separate charges.

Stillwater Man Admits Fraternity Burglary
