Sex Offender Gets 9-year Prison Term For Indecent Exposure

A habitual sex offender from Stillwater convicted of six separate incidents of indecent exposure in Payne County has been given a nine-year prison term as part of a plea bargain approved in court by District Judge Phillip Corley last week.
