Pedestrian Critically Injured in Collision

(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is based on a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).


A personal injury collision occurred on Thursday, March 16th (2017) at approximately 1:02 pm on the Turner Turnpike near Mile Marker 178 westbound, approximately 1 mile west of Stroud, in Lincoln County.


Mysti Totten (26) of Tulsa was driving a 2012 Toyota Camry when she struck a pedestrian who was attempting to cross the Turner Turnpike.


Totten and her passenger a juvenile (9) from Edmond are reported to have not been injured.


The pedestrian (31) of Oklahoma City was transported by Air-Evac to St. Johns Hospital (Tulsa) where he was admitted in critical condition.
