Sally Marie Bingaman, a longtime Yale resident, passed away on July 10, 2017 at the age of 81.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday 13, 2017 at the Lawson Cemetery Yale, Ok. Brother Mich Dershem.
Arrangements are entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Yale Ok.
Sally was born on November 30, 1935 in St. Ignace, Michigan to Francis and Elise (Sorenson) Belonga. She grew up in St. Ignace where she attended school. While waitressing she met Jack Bingaman and married him three months later on September 26, 1953 and to this union two daughters were born, Deby and Cindi.
Sally traveled with Jack and her daughters all over the United States while he was a pipeline welder/foreman. After his retirement, they owned and operated a sawmill located on their farm, Southeast of Yale. The grandchildren will always remember making plugs and crates for aerial firework displays in the summer heat. She was a devoted homemaker, who will be remembered for tending to BIG gardens and being a wonderful cook. She looked forward to Sunday lunches with her family and picking strawberries although she did not eat them. She devoted her time to Jack, her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Sally is survived by her two daughters Deby Gripe and Cindi Hudgins, son-in-law David, brother Bob Belonga and wife Ann, brother Gene Belonga and wife Pat, brother Larry Belonga and wife Linda. One sister Nancy Fuser and five grandchildren: Cory Gripe and wife Ashley, Cody Gripe and wife Brittany, John Hudgins and wife Kelli, Josh Hudgins and wife Angie, and Tara Humphrey.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 62 years Jack Bingaman, son-in-law Tommy Gripe, brothers Jackie and Kenny Belonga, and one sister Molly Chartrand.
