Perkins Man Accused Of Child Sexual Abuse
(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Perkins man accused of having sexually abused a female child, to whom he is related, when he lived in rural Stillwater in 2008 has been freed on $75,000 bail, court records show.
Kevin Wayne Cluck, 38, was arrested on Nov. 6, court records show.
The girl, who is now 19, reported on Oct. 30 that between 2005 and 2012, Cluck had molested her on numerous occasions, Payne County Sheriff’s Investigator George Disel alleged in an affidavit.
The girl said “these incidents happened to her from about her age of 7 and continued until her age of about 12,” the affidavit alleged.
She described the incidents as consensual “understanding that it was okay to be doing these things,” the affidavit alleged.
She said she was never threatened and that “it was their secret with mutual consent directed by Kevin,” the affidavit alleged.
In May, the teenager “conversed with Kevin about why he had molested her…and recorded this conversation without his knowledge,” the affidavit alleged.
Cluck told her “he did not have a great excuse other than he did not want her to get curious with anybody else and just wanted to protect her,” the affidavit alleged.
When Cluck was interviewed by sheriff’s deputies on Oct. 30 about the girl performing oral sex on him, Cluck said “She actually did at times. I don’t recall how many times to be honest,” the affidavit alleged.
Cluck “advised that the first time, he was asleep,” and awoke to the girl performing oral sex on him, the affidavit alleged.
Cluck said that when he asked her what she was doing, the girl said that another male relative had taught her, the affidavit alleged.
“Kevin advised that he did nothing because he didn’t know what to do and was scared of becoming the bad guy,” the affidavit alleged.
